OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Our website size availability is not updated on a live basis which may mean your size might be unavailable. If this is the case with your order, a team member will be in contact with you, to notify you if we can get another size in stock. Should the size be sold out at our head office, we will issue you a full refund. 

IMAGES OF PRODUCTS CAN APPEAR DIFFERENTLY IN REAL LIFE:

DO WE SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

Yes we do ship to P.O boxes. Our PayPal point of sale system automatically say's we do not ship to P.O boxes, however we do.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BUY FROM YOU STORE?

No, an account with PayPal is not required. Upon completing the transaction, two payment method options are provided:
To sign in with your PayPal account and complete the transaction or complete the transaction with a credit card (this is the option you would select if you do not have a PayPal account). 

ONLINE 'RETURNS AND EXCHANGES' POLICY- OUR STRESS FREE POLICY:

Returns must be made within 7 days of the item being shipped.
Original postage costs are non-refundable. (Other than faulty goods, which must be authorised by us.)

Return postage is at the buyer's expense. (Other than faulty goods, which must be authorised by us.)

All garments must be returned unworn with all tickets and labels attached. 

If you wish to exchange a garment(s) that is priced higher than the garment you previously purchased, a invoice via PayPal will be sent to your email address. Until the amount is paid, an exchange will not be sent.
If you wish to exchange a garment that is priced lower than the garment you previously purchased, the difference will be refunded to you via your original payment method.
We recommend you add ‘tracking' when sending a parcel back to us. If your item gets lost during the transit process and is not received by us, we will not process your refund or exchange product(s).

DELIVERY TIME:

All orders are shipped within 2 working days. If you have not received your purchase within 10 business working days, please notify us by clicking onto the 'Contact us' page and submit an enquiry request. Please provide your order number and details. Please allow extra time for international orders to arrive. All orders are sent with Australia Post.
